Hélène Grimaud taken ill
Hélène Grimaud has unfortunately canceled the first subscription concert with the Basel Chamber Orchestra due to illness. Ten days ago we were still rehearsing intensively with her and played the first concert in Gstaad on August 18th.
With Francesco Piemontesi, we have found a top-class replacement who has performed this year at the BBC Proms in the Royal Albert Hall and at the Lucerne Festival. As planned, he will play Ludwig van Beethoven's Fourth Piano Concerto. So now we have «femmes et homme exceptionnelles».

Tickets are now available for all our concerts in the Stadtcasino, Don Bosco and St. Martin's Church, for the Nachtklänge and Kostproben. You can book directly online in the ticket store or call us on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10.30 am to 12.30 pm.
Nomination La Reine
«La Reine», No. 15 of the Haydn2032 project is on the longlist of the German Record Critics' Award. The jury honors the best and most interesting new releases of the past quarter. The list will be published on August 15th.
Availability during summer
The ticket phone will take a summer break in July and no emails will be answered from July 8-19, 2024. After that, we will be available for you again as usual.

New album: «No.15_La Reine»
The 15th project in Haydn2032, our popular and internationally acclaimed concert and album series, is entitled 'La Reine'. Symphonies for two queens, mother and daughter, Maria Theresa of Austria and Marie-Antoinette of France, are the focus of this new release.
The album will be in stores from 26 April and the first single is already available on our streaming channels.
